Neutralizing Lotion 1000ml

Universal neutralizer for traditional perms with Hydrogen Peroxide and Milk scent.

Usage

  • After rinsing the wavy liquid with warm water
  • Pour 80 ml of neutraliser in a bottle
  • Apply nearly all the liquid on the hot rollers
  • Leave on for 5 minutes
  • Roll out the hot rollers from the hair and apply the remaining product and leave on for 5 minutes
  • Rinse and style as desired
